There’s so many things I like about SpiderCool, I’m not sure where to begin. I was a skeptic; after all I have 6 nozzles located around the spindle of the machine and a flexible loc-line just in case. SpiderCool aiming the volume of those 6 manual nozzles exactly where you need it produces phenomenal results. I can still use all 6 manual nozzles and SpiderCool if I want.

A pallet loading machine is designed for increased productivity via unattended machining. Until we installed the SpiderCool I had no idea that coolant adjustment was costing me 30 minutes a day. Not so with SpiderCool.

Using SpiderCool when tapping aluminum has enabled me to reduce the manual application of tapping fluid by 75%, speeding up the process and extending the life of my coolant.

Substantial increases in feedrates are easily obtained with SpiderCool.
