“Most everything we machine is very large, therefore our machines are big. The Orion 2300 is a twin pallet machine with a 100 tool ATC”. Bill Strong, machinist, said “this machine is so big it requires me to climb into the machine enclosure to adjust the coolant lines.”

“Believe me, it is very easy to slip, fall and possibly get injured simply adjusting a coolant line. I now adjust and memorize all coolant positions, conveniently and safely, outside the machine enclosure.”

In our case, SpiderCool has eliminated multiple loc-lines and automatically positions coolant for all tools. We drill a lot of holes producing snaky chips that used to move our old coolant loc-lines. SpiderCool is never knocked out of position. The AutoDrill, oscillating cycle, is very beneficial for drilling operations.
